ORGANIZING THE RECOGNIZED CONCEPTS OF THE WORK MIND BY SELF-ORGANIZING MAP

The purpose of this study is to focus on the indicators related motivation in Work Mind, and organize concepts by Pile Sort experiments using sentences question items that compose each indicator. By polymerizing personal conceptual system Self-Organizing Map, map Mind with some degree completeness generality drawn. It expected will be a material for getting general picture treated as ruler when designing operating better workplace.
